Beach Villa Amor is located in Podstrana at the most beautiful part of Dalmatian coast, at beach between famous town Split (8 km to center) and small town Omiš and Cetina river (15 km) where besides the nature’s abundance, comfortable accommodation and very friendly host Ivana, you can also experience a well organized active holiday. Several restaurants and shops are in walking distance.

Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the airport (30 km), sea port (8 km), bus station for international traffic (8 km), railway station (8 km) and the motorway (18 km), golf and tennis courts only 4km far from villa .

Beach Villa Amor is fully air-conditioned and has free WiFi, it can accommodate max 14 person.

*At outside area offers a private 36m2 swimming pool with lounge seats next to it, sun deck area with outdoor barbecue, dining area and sun deck chairs, 2 parasols.

*Ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area with sea views and exit toward outdoor dining area, gym, toilet, playroom with Play station.

*There is a total of 7 bedrooms, all are air-conditioned and with en-suite bathroom with shower, 6 of them have balcony with sea views. 5 bedrooms are with double bed, 2 bedrooms are with 2 single beds, and there is 1 sofa bed for 1 person added in one double bed bedroom, and 1 single bed added in another double bed bedroom.

Due to Villa`s location and Podstrana`s interesting geographical features, tourists are offered various recreational facilities in nature: walking paths, hiking and cycling trails, a stay in Stara Podstrana or sightseeing of cultural and historical localities. Also, you can do various sports at the beach: windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans, waterskiing and water skating.
