(between Trogir & Primošten)
Vinišće is a settlement located 20 km from
Trogir, an old central Dalmatian town included
on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The settlement has a small port and its inhabitants
traditionally live off on fishing and agriculture.
Several bays in the surroundings of Vinišce
(Voluja, Ricevo Vrelo, Stari Trogir and Sicenica)
are known for their magnificent sandy and
pebble beaches, as well as for their splendid
underwater world, ideal for sports fishing
and scuba diving. Vinišce is great for a quiet
holiday. |

Sol is located in a beautiful, quiet settlement
Vinišce, located between Trogir and Primošten.
It is rented as a self-standing holiday
house, without the presence of owners or
other guests. The house is located by the
sea (10 m), with accommodation capacity
of 6+1 persons. |

Modern
kitchen with cutlery, bathroom with toilet
and shower, and large terrace (20 m2) with
a barbecue are located on a ground floor.
Two bedrooms with two beds each, a bathroom
with toilet and bathtub, living room with
two beds and one more auxiliary bed and
a large terrace (25 m2) are located on the

In front of the house,
there are two parking places in the garage
and additional two parking places in a fenced,
outdoor parking, where larger vehicles can
be parked. |

There
is a sunbathing area with sea access on
the coast, reserved for guests. In addition
to this sunbathing area, there is another
large terrace (30 m2), 5 meters from the
sea which can also serve as a sunbathing
area.
All three terraces have beautiful views
of the open sea, an inlet situated across
and larger islands Veli Drvenik, Šolta and
Brac.
The house is landscaped in Dalmatian style
with many flowers.

The
closest store, restaurant and a coffee shop
are located 500 m from the house, in the
centre of Vinišce. Infirmary is 8 km away
and airport is located 25 km away.
Boat of length 4,60 m with 5 KS outboard
motor can be rented out during the entire
stay. The berth is in front of the house.
