The apartment is situated in a two apartments house which is placed on the South part of the island Ciovo. The house is one among those in the first row within the sea and is 5 kilometres away from the city Trogir. The apartment has its own entrance as well as the parking space.

BEACH: A very neat beach is front of the house, 20 meters from the apartments entrances. The pebble bech is situated within the road addressed towards Trogir. The road is 1 kilometre away from the apartments.

SERVICE FACILITIES : Few shops are situated 100 to 300 meters from the apartment whereas some larger retailer shops could be found in the village Okrug Gornji which is 1 kilometre away from the apartment.

 There one could also find the post office, a restaurant, bars, a baker's, a pizza shop and a small green market. In the mentioned village there is a diving and tennis centre.

In the city Trogir, which is 5 kilometres away from the apartrnent, there are various shops, restaurants, bars, disco bars, an affluent green market, a fish shop and services. Furthermore, there is also a marina in wich the boats from the trailer could be embarked and disembarked. If the reservation is made on time, the boat or yacht could be placed in marina quay.

POSSIBLE WAYS OF ARRIVING: Besides the arrival by car on the road Zagreb - Plitvice - Trogir or Rijeka - Zadar - Trogir, there are also passenger car fery connections Rijeka - Split and Ancona ( Italy ) - Split. During the high seasons the ferry depart every night and they arrive in Split in the mornig.
