Our villa has 2 apartments for renting. It is placed in Stanići, only 4 kilometers from the town Omiš, 30 kilometers from the town Split and 25 kilometers from the town Makarska. The villa is 50 kilometers from the airport near Split. We organize transfer from the airport to the villa. It is located 20 meters from the beach in the first row of houses (no house in front), and, 150 meters from 2 supermarkets, 3 restaurants and a bus stop.

Parking is available. Part of the beach belongs to the villa. Every apartment has its own entrance.

-The apartment on the first floor has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with place to eat (table and chairs), bathroom with shower, two large terrace with beautiful view to the sea and islands. The apartment has all kitchen equipment and TV. All furniture is new in the appartment. The apartment is equipt with air condition.

Extra information:
-The villa is between trees with lots of sun and shade.
-Above the beach there is a private part with sunshade from the trees with table and chairs with possibilities to illuminate with electric lights.
-The location provides stay with no noise and complete safety for people and belongings.
-The sea is very clean because there is no industry in the area. There is a family atmosphere in the location.
-There is a diving school 400 meters away, rafting is everyday organized in Omiš every day excursions for the islands by boat.

The hosts speak english and polish.

Unsere Villa, mit zwei Appartements zum Vermieten, befindet sich im Ort Stanići, nur 4 Kilometer von Omiš, 30 Kilometer von Split und 25 Kilometer von Makarska.

Die Villa ist nur 50 Kilometer vom Flughafen Split entfernt. Falls nőtig, organisieren wir den Transport vom und zum Flughafen und Split.

Bis zum Strand sind es nur 20 Meter und zwei Supermärkte, drei Restaurants und die Bushaltestelle sind nur 150 Meter entfernt

Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Ein Teil des Strandes gehőrt zur Villa.

Jedes Appartmenet hat einen eigenen Eingang.

- Das Appartement im ersten Stock hat 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche mit Essraum, Bad und Toilette, eine grosse Terrasse von cca. 12m2 mit herrlichem Meerblick. Das Appartement ist für 4 Personen, mit der Mőglichkeit, noch ein Zusatzbett hinzuzustellen. Haushaltsgeräte und ein Fernseher sind vorhanden. Appartement hat Air condition.
- Das Appartement im Erdgeschoss, hat ein Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Toilette, eine grosse Terrasse von 14m2 mit herrlichem Meerblick . Das Appartement ist für 2+1 Person. Es ist mit Haushaltsgeräten und einem Fernseher ausgestattet.

- Die Villa liegt zwischen Kiefern, mit viel Sonnenschein und viel Schatten
- Oberhalb des Strandes gibt es einen Platz, wo man im Schatten sitzen kann mit electric
