Split is an antique town, the center
of which is the Palace of Diocletian which is repeatedly
attracting attention of numerous visitors inciting their
admiration. 8 km farther towards the south is a quite
tourist place called Podstrana having mild Mediterranean
climate. The boarding house called "Zanic" occupies
a special place in the tourist program made for this region.
The boarding house has 20 nice rooms (each with a bathroom)
with a beautiful view on the sea as well as several apartments
fully equipped. It has also a guarded parking lot, aperitif
bar, a room with TV and a guest room. You can also choose
to sit on the terrace where you can have breakfast or
dinner and enjoy in the beautiful view on the sea and

Split ist eine alte stadt mit einem
historischen Stadkern "der Burg Dioklecijan",
die immer wieder von allen Besuchern entdeckt und bewundertwird.
8 km weiter südlich befindet sich das Dort Podstrana,
ein ruhig gelegener Ort mit angenehmem, mediterranischem
klima. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Pension "Zanic".
Die Pension hat 20 schöne Zimmer (jedes mit Dusche/WC)
mit Blick auf das nahegelegene Meer, einige komfortable
Appartments, einen überwachten Parkplatz, eine Aperitif-Bar,
einen Fernsehraum, einen Gästesalon und eine Terrasse,
wo Sie frühstücken, mittag und abendessen können und sich
bei einen hervorragenden Aussicht auf das Meer und viele

Spalato é una cittŕ antica e con il
suo monumentale Palazzo di Dioklecijan risveglia sempre
di nuovo ammirazione di molti visitatori. 8 km verso il
sud c'é una quiete localitŕ turistica con la calma clima
mediterrnea che si chiama Podstrana. In questa regione
il pansion "Zanic" ha il posto speciale nell'
offerta turistica. Il pansion ha 20 camere, tutte con
bagno, belle e non lontane dal mare. Ci sono alcuni appartamenti
provvisti di tutte le comoditŕ, un parcheggio, un bar
aperitivo, il salone con TV, il salone per i visitatori
e un terrazzo dove potete far colazione o cena, o godere
di una bellissima vista al mare e isole vicine. Se avete
