m from the sea across the road (above a sandy beach). It is surrounded
with a garden (800 m2) with pomegranata and pine trees.
In front of the house there is a parking lot where your cars are safely
parked.

All
tax included in the price
10 hours a day air condirtion is included in the price of the
apartment - each hour more should be payed 0,50 € / hour
available parking place and free – wireless Internet conection |
The
second floor consists of two studio apartments (no.
1 and no.2) (each with
3 beds, toilet, balcony, kitchen, sea view positioned
south side) and two rooms (no.3
and no.4).
Room (no.3), consists of two beds, toilet shower and
balcony, positioned east side) the other room, (no.4)
consists of two beds ,toilet shower , positioned north
side.
On the third floor there
is one studio apartment (no.5)
with two beds, toilet, kitchen, balcony, and a sea view.
Positioned south side.
Each suite (no. 1,2,5,6,7)
comes equipped with TV and air conditioning (ten hours/per
day of use is included in the price), as well as bed
sheets and towels as needed. Each kitchen comes fully
equipped (dishes, utillery etc).

The ground floor consists of two apartments:
- apartment no. 6. is a two
bedroom suite and each room is furnished with two beds
and a large living room furnished with couch (with the
possibility of using it as another sleeping place, two
children) there is an adjoining kitchen (fully equipped)
and a spacious toilet shower. There is an outdoor table
available with sunshade (which is slightly separated with
greenery and gives the user some privacy) in front of
the ground floor which gives the possibility of outdoor
dining.
- there is an apartment no.7
which is also located on the ground floor and consists
of one bedroom with three beds, a kitchen which also has
a couch, and a spacious toilet shower. There is an outdoor
table available in front of the ground floor which gives
the possibility of outdoor dining. As in apartment no.6
there it also separated with greenery giving the user
some privacy.
It is possible due to the location of the house, to have
a sea view, as the house is at a higher level in comparison
to the road.
There is also an outdoor barbeque available.

This
part of the coast is characteristic for its numerous
long sandy beaches which make it incomparable and
unusual.
Those who are looking for a taste of adventure can
go rafting down the Cetina Canyon in the Cetina
River over a distance of 8 km. Further upstream
kayaking and canoeing are also offered.
Your holiday activities may include: tennis, windsurfing,
waterskiing, "banana"skiing, jet ski,
rent a boat, and other water sports.
Numerous restaurants and taverns offering traditional
Dalmatian specialties. |

Where
is Duce located?
This small village famous for its 4 km long sandy
beaches directly on the shore, is the last village
before you reach the ancient pirate city of Omiš
( ccs. 2 km)at the mouth of the river Cetina, which
flows into the Adriatic Sea..
Duce is located about 20 km south of Split and about
25 km from Makarska.
The island of Brac just opposite of Duce (8 km),
invites you for sightseeing tours via boat with
fish dinners and red wine, of course. Alternatively
you can take a small boat upwards the river Cetina
to the old water mill and enjoy fresh trots while
dreaming of old Karl-May-movies:
Split (about 20 km away) invites you for a visit
(extraordinary well preserved palace of the Roman
emperor Diocletian, as an important witness of Roman
culture in Croatia). The Diocletian palace (his
private summer residence) was built 295 y. -305
y.( 1700 y. old) The Diocletian had decided to build
his palace in Split due to the fact that he was
born in neighbour Salona (Solin) also an old Roman
city, which was, in its time, the capital of the
Roman province, Dalmatia. Ruins of Salona are inviting
you to come and enjoy their historic beauty.
