The
house is situated about 40m from the sea across the road
(above a sandy beach). It is surrounded with the garden
(800 m2) with orchard and pine trees. In the ground floor
there is one big apartment with two rooms (each with three
beds) TV, big kitchen, toilet. In front of it there is
big wooden sunshade, table, and chairs. On the second
floor there are two apartments (each with toilets, balcony,
kitchen, sea view, TV) and two rooms (each with toilet,
one with balcony) On the third floor there is one apartment
with two beds, toilet, kitchen, balcony, sea view.
There is also big garden kitchen where is barbecue too,
nice tend under which you can eat or else.
In front of the house there is a parking lot where your
cars are safely parked.
This part of the coast is characteristic with numerous
long sandy beaches which make it incomparable and unusual.
Those who look for a taste of adventure can go rafting
down the Cetina Canyon in the Cetina River over a distance
of 8 km Further upstream kayaking and canoeing are also
an offer.
Your holliday activities include: tennis, windsurfing,
waterskiing, "banana"skiing, yet ski, rent a
boat, and other water sports.
Numerous
restaurants and taverns offer traditional Dalmatian specialties.

| Where
is Duce located? This
little village famous of its own 4 km long sandy
beaches directly on the shore, is the last village
before you reach the ancient pirate city of Omiš
at the mouth of the river Cetina into the Adriatic
Sea..
Duce is located about 20 km south of Split and about
25 km from Makarska.
The island of Brac is just opposite of Duce (8 km)
invite you for sightseeing tours by boat with fish
dinner and red wine, of course. Alternatively you
can take a small boat upwards the river Cetina to
the old water mill and enjoy fresh trots while dreaming
of old Karl-May-movies:
Split
(about 20 km away) invites you for a visit (extraordinary
well preserved palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian,
as an important witness of Roman culture in Croatia).
The Diocletian palace (his private summer residence)
was built 295 y. -305 y.( 1700 y. old) The Diocletian
has decided to build his palace in Split due he
was born in neighbor Salona (Solin) also old Roman
city in that time capital of the Roman provincia
Dalmatia. Ruins of Salona are welcomed to see.
