		The house has 2 floors with 5 apartments, each on overlooking the sea and equipped with satellite TV. There's covered parking lot for each apartment. Guests have possibility to use private beach with shower, the storeroom for plastic or pneumatic boats and other beach equipment (parasols, airbeds etc.) along with a berth for two motorboats. Asphalt road and stairway lead to the beach. See distance is about 150 m, due to steep ground or 50m away taking shortcut through the olive-grove. News! Utilization of grill on the beach in your own arranggement. Be very careful since you are dealing with open fire. Pisak is suitable for holidays not only in Summer time. Spring and Autumn are equally attractive due to nice nature and warm sea, and air conditions in each apartment.
The house is 200 m far from the center of the village, which has 1 supermarket and 2 traditional restaurants. The village is in the neighbourhood of Omis and Makarska, two larger tourist places, the approximate distance 18 km. There is an air-conditioner in each apartment.

Das Haus hat 2 Etagen, 5 Apartments, den überdachten Parkplatz für jedes Apartment, den Privatstrand aus Beton, die Dusche am Strand und den Lagerraum für Strandwaren der Gäste. Es gibt auch die Anlegestelle für 2 Boote. Alle Apartments haben die Aussicht aufs meer und auch die Satelitantenne. Die entfernung vom Meer beträgt ca. 150 m (wegen des steilen Terrains) oder 50m, wenn Sie den kürzeren Weg zwischen Olivbeumen gehen.
Die Neuigkeit! Sie können selbst den Grill am Strand benützen. Seien Sie bitte dabei sehr vorsichtig, da es sich von offenem Feuer handelt.
Der Strandzutritt: asphaltierter Weg und Trepp. Die Entfernung vom Zentrum ist ca. 200 m. Der Ort verfügt über 1 Supermarkt und 2 Kellerschenken-Restaurants.
Die Ferienort Pisak liegt zwishen 2 grössen Touristenorten Omis und Makarska, entfernt von denselben 18 km.
Jedes Appartement ist mit der Climaanlage ausgestattet.
Pisak ist auf Grund schones milden Klimas nicht nur der ideale Urlaubsort fur den ommer sondern auch Frühjahr und der Herbst beiten sic an.

Payment for reservation is to be payed in advance in amount of 20% of total price and the rest of the amount will
be paid to ownere at the arrival.

Eine Anzahlung wird bei Reservirung erforderlich, und zwar in Höhe von 20% der Gesmtsumme.
Restzahlung erfolgt beim Eigentümer.

NOTE: in all apartments can be added a spare bed.

BEMERKUNG: In alle Apartments kann ein hilfsbett gestellt werden.
