The island of Brac is located within 1 hour ferry crossing from Split. Arriving port Supetar is the principal town of the island and is connected with Split by frequent ferry services (almost every hour) during the summer season. The island has its own airport. 18 minutes by car to the west is Bobovišca.

Bobovišca is situated in the beautiful green cove, green from the pines that touch the sea surface, with lots of small, wind protected inlets, a good shelter for all ships.
In one of these inlets, not far from the village, called Vicja Luka, there is “Salvia”, a house that is rented for the first time, and in its entirety (no sharing).

It rises above the sea with the views that I don't intend to describe. The stairs from the garden gate lead to, one could say, a private beach.

There are 4 rooms in the house. 2 double and 1 single room, kitchen with the dining room, bathroom, pantry, and the big terrace (30m2) are situated on the upper floor, while the single room with the bathroom is situated in the lower part. 3 rooms are sea facing, and 1 is facing the garden of which I will say a few words separately.
There are 2 outdoor showers and a house is well insulated from the atmospheric influence.
It is also equipped with:

7) Cassette and CD player

Double parking place (of which 1 is sheltered) is 50 meters from the house.

All of the described can also be found somewhere else (and perhaps even better) but the beauties of the multilevel garden (1100m2) reaching almost to the sea and surrounded by a wall that hides it from the outside are difficult to describe, and something similar is very hard to find elsewhere.
Keys to the house are handed in Supetar and you are accompanied by the owner to the house.
